•Fees and Payment: If you purchase Coaching Services or Digital Products, you agree to
pay the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or
stated in our refund policy (see Section 7).
7. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
•Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account
information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update account and payment
information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date.
•Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
•Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and the bespoke nature of
coaching, we generally do offer refunds of 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Digital
Products or Coaching Services once they have been accessed or delivered. Exceptions maybe considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any approved refund may be
subject to administrative fees.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site, its original content, features, functionality, and branding are and will remain the
exclusive property of Thomas Reinholz and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress
may not be used without our prior written consent. All other trademarks on the Site are the
property of their respective owners.
